Since October 2023, Getronics has further strengthened its service delivery capabilities in the Netherlands by entering into a strategic partnership with Bluetron. This partnership has led to an expansion of on-site field service solutions for both the business and consumer markets.

Bluetron is expanding its team and is now responsible for providing on-location break & fix services to Getronics customers. Getronics returns to its roots by operating directly in the Netherlands and offering its full range of workplace solutions with support from Bluetron. This partnership will enable Getronics to enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency and tailor its Field Service operations to the specific needs of its Dutch customers.
