Sales Hunter at Bluetron

Bluetron has a strong ambition to grow across the axis of its services in the coming years. To fulfil this ambition, we are looking for sales colleagues who can tap into new markets and who have a background in or an affinity with technology. Your focus is on acquiring new customers.

Getting started as a Sales Hunter

As a Sales Hunter, you have the crucial role in expanding our customer base. You act as the first point of contact for customers and convince them of the quality and added value of our products and services. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers is high on our agenda, but you identify new opportunities in the market in your role as Sales Hunter. You are responsible for executing the sales strategy. After you have concluded the agreement with the customer, the inside sales department will take over all administrative tasks from you. You will supervise, but keep your focus on sales. You attract new customers and increase sales among existing customers by identifying and exploiting cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Visiting customers and trade fairs at home and abroad is part of your job, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with (potential) customers. You also contribute ideas about existing and new services.

What do you bring to the table?

You have an intermediate vocational education or higher (MBO+) degree in Commercial Economics, Communications or a related field. You have excellent communication skills and can easily connect with new prospects. You know how to “get in” and close deals, while maintaining a balance between formal and informal. You have an enterprising and proactive attitude, with an eye for new opportunities in the market. In addition, you are always available for your customers. You have at least 5 years of experience and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience in developing sales plans is essential. Finally, you have an excellent command of at least Dutch and English.

About us

We are a friendly and close-knit club of ladies and gentlemen led by Ronald, an energetic, positive, goal-oriented Commercial Director. Our Sales team consists of four Inside Sales employees, a buyer and two field account managers (we are going to expand to four). Bluetron’s services ensure continuity and stability for organisations.
