The inside sales representative at Bluetron

As an Inside Sales Representative at Bluetron, you are responsible for the efficient and effective performance of our sales activities. This position involves both administrative tasks (60%) and commercial activities (40%).

Getting started as an inside sales representative

A variety of administrative tasks aimed at managing information, documentation and processes directly related to our sales process. You manage quotations, process sales orders, ensure timely invoicing, manage contracts, handle complaints and initiate improvements in these processes.

In addition, as an Inside Sales Representative you are a real organizer with a commercial mindset. You deal with (new) commercial opportunities on a project basis. You are the linking pin between the field account managers and the operation. Together, you initiate (commercial) projects and ensure that they are successfully taken up and completed by the organisation.

You alternate this with commercial tasks, such as calling existing customers and potential leads and conducting acquisition. About 80% of our customer base are already customers, so this is where the emphasis is. You always see opportunities to improve and expand our services.

 

What do you bring to the table?

You have an intermediate vocational education work and thinking level or higher (MBO+ in the Netherlands) and already have experience in a similar position in a commercial organisation. You are well-organised, have strong communication skills and are customer-friendly.

You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to pick up the phone to call existing and new customers. You are someone with energy and zest for life, and have a positive outlook on life! You like tackling new things, changes, innovation and stepping outside your comfort zone. You don’t do this alone; you like to work together with colleagues and you also infect them with your enthusiasm.
