Our role in the production process
Bluetron takes care of the assembly of your IT systems and simultaneously manages the logistics chain, both inbound and outbound. We work closely with suppliers, monitor inventory and keep an eye on the obsolescence of components, so that systems function optimally. Our expertise includes:
- Vendor Management: We manage the collaboration with suppliers to ensure that every component is delivered on time and according to specifications.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI): Bluetron manages the inventory of essential components.
- Obsolescence Management: We continuously monitor whether components are obsolete and proactively offer solutions to prevent obsolescence.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & Design for Assembly (DFA): Our approach optimizes systems for efficient production and easy assembly, which improves quality and reduces costs.
Quality assured
The assembly of each system is subject to strict quality controls. Bluetron provides full certification, extensive inspections and the preparation of accurate Technical Product Documentation (TPD). This guarantees that systems meet the highest standards for business-critical applications.
